Hi, i would like to embed a form using a link, like:

However, I don't know how to do make sure that the form behind that pops up. This form should ask for an emailadress and when pushing "submit", it should be registered like with <form action=...
What do you mean, "embed a form using a link"? If you want a form, you will need to use the form tag, and a corresponding PHP (or any server-side language) page to send the email.
