Can't delete file

I tried to delete all the files in a folder (I'm using Windows XP), but one file,

dwsync.xml

will not delete. I get an access denied message. When I view the file in the browser window it is grayed out.

I believe that this might be a Dreamweaver file. If so, does anyone know how to get rid of it?

The file contains the synchronization information between files on local and remote host.
It's best you delete your site definition first in DreamWeaver before you try deleting that file.
