How to automatic transform table into DIV elements?

I have simple table with colours and like to transform automatic to DIV elements.
Is this possible with some software?

You could try Googling.

I can imagine a lot of indescrepencies with using these automatic converters though so prepare for a lot of manual tweaking and poor code. I just ran a very simple table through one of these and the code it output was horrible.

I'd be interested to hear if you find anything though.
