I got an email from Adsense, telling me that they disabled my ads from showing on a webpage (one I didn't even own) because the page displayed copyrighted material, and that was against their terms of use. They told me how to get in touch with them if that was an error, so I contacted them and told them that wasn't my website, and that I didn't even speak the language that was written on the website. That was over a month ago, and the Adsense Support Team has yet to respond. What should I do? I really would like to have that infraction wiped from my record since I didn't do it, but I don't know of anything better as far as getting in touch with them other than how they told me to (which obviously didn't work).
Just did. Obviously, I won't hear anything until at least next week. I'll give it about a week, but to be honest, my hopes are not that high. I've tried getting in touch with AdSense support several times before, and frankly, their service is horrible. AdWords support, however, is quite good, but that's another story...
