html redirect not working

I have an html redirect and I have rewritten the code several times and for some reason it isn't working. This is what I am using to go from
http://www.brokensoundentertainment.com
to
http://www.brokensoundentertainment.com/e107/news.php

<html>
<head>
<title>Broken Sound Entertainment, LLC</title>
<meta http-equiv="REFRESH"content="0;url=http://www.brokensoundentertainment.com/e107/news.php">
</head>
</html>

I am not sure where I am going wrong with this.

Do you have redirects switched off in your browser?
Use HTTP Redirect instead.

may be you are using any old version browser which is not supporting your code. just check..

I doubt a version 1 browser is being used.

it's not a good idea to use redirect's like this. i think google can punishfor it
