How to broadcast live tv from my pc

Hello,

i want to broadcast live tv from my pc using tv tuner card
i have 1024 kbps upload speed
and tv tuner card attatched to my tv
i need to broadcast live shows into my website
but i want it to be played by windows media player
something exactly like that :

Well my guess is that you will need at least two things, an encoder to send the stream up to the server and a streaming server, to broadcast the video Live.
Not sure if Windows Media Encoder can pick up the signal from your tuner or not but get the encoder here:

As for a true streaming server, you could look into a service like:

If you are new to true streaming, go thru there help pages to get a better understanding of how it all works. True streaming is not cheap, it's very expensive, and is much more complicated than just playing pre-recorded video on your Web site.
But give it a try, it can be very rewarding when done successfully.

You might want to look into the legality of reproducing content in an unauthorized manner. It may not be legal for you to rebroadcast content from the air waves without paying royalties and having a rebroadcasting license.
