For anyone who is interested in multi-client coding in PHP, I just published FlashMOG 0.3.1. It has a couple of important bug fixes over the prior version and should be much more stable now. It is available for download here:

It allows you to handle socket connections to multiple Flash/Flex clients so you can write chat apps, multiplayer games, etc.
