I'm writing a script using jquery/json to get some of the latest news articles from yahoo. I have already set up a similar script to get search terms from Twitter which is working fine:

http://dev.finif.com/demo/demo.html

However beneath it I can't figure out why the news script won't work. Here's the code in the javascript file that is getting the json... and to view the json being outputted use the url :

http://www.finif.com/demo/getNews.js...lback=NewsTick

The twitter script is getting the json fine from twitter.com and firing the TweetTick function but for some reason the NewsTick function isn't running.

I'd really appreciate any help

Code:
var Search = ['GOOG'];

var tweetSearch = '$'+Search;

$(document).ready(function(){

	$('#twitter-ticker').slideDown('slow');

	$('#news-ticker').slideDown('slow');

	var fileref = document.createElement('script');

	fileref.setAttribute("type","text/javascript");
	fileref.setAttribute("src", "http://search.twitter.com/search.json?q="+tweetSearch+"&callback=TweetTick&rpp=50");

	var newsref = document.createElement('script');

	newsref.setAttribute("type", "text/javscript");
	newsref.setAttribute("src", "http://www.finif.com/demo/getNews.json?q="+Search+"&callback=NewsTick");

	document.getElementsByTagName("head")[0].appendChild(newsref);
	document.getElementsByTagName("head")[0].appendChild(fileref);

});

function NewsTick(ob)
{
	var newscontainer=$('#news-container');
	newscontainer.html('');
	$(ob.results).each(function(el){

		var str = '	<div class="sent">\
					<div class="avatar"></a></div>\
					<div class="user"><a href="'+this.link+'" target="_blank">'+this.title+'</a></div>\
					<div class="time">'+relativeTime(this.pubDate)+'</div>\
					<div class="txt">'+this.text+'</div>\
					<div class="sentimg"></div>\
					</div>';

		newscontainer.append(str);

	});

	newscontainer.jScrollPane();
}

function TweetTick(ob)
{
	var tweetcontainer=$('#tweet-container');
	tweetcontainer.html('');

	$(ob.results).each(function(el){

		var str = '	<div class="sent">\
					<div class="avatar"><a href="http://twitter.com/'+this.from_user+'" target="_blank"><img src="'+this.profile_image_url+'" alt="'+this.from_user+'" /></a></div>\
					<div class="user"><a href="http://twitter.com/'+this.from_user+'" target="_blank">'+this.from_user+'</a></div>\
					<div class="time">'+relativeTime(this.created_at)+'</div>\
					<div class="txt">'+this.text+'</div>\
					<div class="sentimg"></div>\
					</div>';

		tweetcontainer.append(str);

	});

	tweetcontainer.jScrollPane();
}
