local apache server - viewable on network?

I have installed this piece of software - http://www.wampserver.com/en/

It runs a php/mysql server on my local machine. I have successfully installed wordpress and it is running locally - woohoo! I can view my development site here - http://localhost/development/ or

I am networked to my designers PC - i can ping his machine. I would like him to be able to see the development site, but obviously its my localhost so neither of the addresses above work. Is there any way I can get him to view my "localhost"?

I would like the answer to this question as well. I'm in a situation where I need to make frequent presentations in another room of the building, and transferring my entire web site over to a laptop for this purpose is proving onerous (I also have to ensure there is a web server installed, Tomcat, PHP, etc.). Accessing the site over the network would be much better.
