I think the peer review of self made sites is really awesome just found it! Only thing I'd add is for the portfolio page I expected the images to jump to the foreground when I went over the outside items.
Other than that it looks very clean and easily navigable.
Your site is well designed and well maintained. I liked the banner also but you need to put some more content in your site that can describe your expertise to the visitors. Overall its a nice attempt.

- It looks clean, I think you need to use more web2.0 style.
- For home page, as for landing page, you should put less information to make it more clean and attractive.
But aw, looks nice for a corporate website.
