Website redone - Need Critique

I just redesigned my website, it was somewhat outdated (morally). The former one was full-flash, this one is xHTML+CSS+js+some flash:

I like it a lot. (Although, the link you provided is missing a backslash).

Only gripe I found was the background makes some weird hard to read (gray on gray).

Like your logo was well, very simple yet artistic.

I looks more like a japanese horror movie site than a medai site, the horizontal srolling bottom part of the page is awesome. And you dont need to use flash if your just using it to display text, use div and slide it with some opacity.

Looks pretty awesome, and seems to work well too.

I noticed the Portfolio page seems to break from the norm for the design - with the scroll-section hiding the portrait on the right; it's the only part of the site I don't like as it just doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the site.

I like it, but I agree with the 'Japanese horror' thing someone mentioned.
Black... an abnormal eye color, and looking straight at you.... little bit spooky. If that's the intention, then you are on the money.
Other than that, really like it.
