I have problem with z-index in MSIE7 (IE7) on http://www.deindeal.ch/zurich/ , but IE6 & IE8 shows this block correct

How I try fix issue:
1. I set "z-index:1" for content bar
2. set "z-index:1" for right sidebar
3. set "z-index:20" for block

it is don't work in IE7, but work in IE6 & IE8

Have anybody a similar issue?
And how you fixed this issue?
