    What is a Sizzle CSS Selector Engine?

    There's a "Sizzle CSS Selector Engine" in my WordPress installation. What is it for? Can I safely delete it to reduce the size of my file?

    Sizzle is a JavaScript library that lets you select DOM elements using CSS selector syntax. It's used in jQuery, and if your page uses jQuery, then that's likely why it's in your page, and you shouldn't delete it.
