Need help adding pop up text box to image

I would like to add a pop up text box to an image so that when the image is highlighted (not necessarily clicked on) a pop up box appears with text.

Can someone please provide me with a code for this.

hmm, wouldn't that be just adding "alt" to your image tag?

No, that would be the title attribute. alt text is displayed when the image is not available.

You can use javascript and/or AJAX to provide the popup as a sort of "Tool Tip"
