loading contentinto a div

Hi.

I am creating a site that has a bar at the side of a div and when you click on one of the links some content is loaded into the div next to it called 'press releases'

I would ideally like this to be an html page because there will be images in it at some point so it would need styling etc to work.

Here is a link to the page so you know what I am trying to achieve.

I thought that javascript would be able to make something like this to work with the load() event or using ajax to execute it.

Any help would be much appreciated here.

Thanks for the link. The only problem I am having is when I load the content to the right of the press nav it loads aligned to the far right of the page so it goes out of the window view.

I think this will be a css problem that needs fixing to be honest.
