    Help with Today's date minus 60 days

    Hello, I am working on a website using HTML. I do have a few places where I use PHP, but I came across a problem that is really stumping me.
    I need to make a script that will take todays date, subtract 60 days from it, and then print it on a page in mm/dd/yyyy format. I hope it is not to much to ask, but does anyone know how to create a script that will do this. I have been experimenting with some code for some time now, but everything I tried failed. Thanks in advanced.

    PHP Code:
    echo "Minus 60 Days: ".date("m-d-Y",strtotime("-60 day"));
