    Hover over buttons problem

    Hello,

    The site I'm working on is http://www.psrsc.net/temp.html. I decided to put the logo above the horizontal menu at the top, and there wasn't enough space, so I added 40px of top margin to the menu nav bar. This seemed to work initially, but then I noticed that the menu buttons no longer changed color/image when hovered over, unless you hover over the very top edge of the button.

    The CSS is located at:

    http://www.psrsc.net/css/style.css

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    if you remove the width from #faded it appears to work. Im not sure what you intended there but you basically covered the entire are with #faded

    #faded is the key...

    change to top:199px; height:300px;

    since you added top margin of 40px for nav you need to move top of #faded div down by 40px

    Thanks for the help...I actually discovered that a javascript was contributing to the problem. Once I disabled the javascript the problem disappeared.

    Update

    My "javascript" fix didn't work for FF...I tried your solutions and it seems to be working now in both IE and FF. Thank you so much for the help.
