i was asked to make a joomla template for someone based on a specific design.
however, the person requested that i make the module positions collapsible so that if he decides to remove some item from the template, the other content will move over and take up the space.
my question is, is there some general rule about how to design a template so that it is flexible and adjusts to varying content? since it cannot be completely flexible as items will not line up properly on the page.
