302 Redirect Error? " page isn't redirecting properly"

I'm trying to redirect my entire site to one page on my site.

Redirect 302 / http://www.example.com/page.html

However, that returns an error:

The page isn't redirecting properly:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    *   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
          cookies.

Any ideas? Thanks

This worked. Must be a godaddy thing.

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^example.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.example.com/page [L,R=302]

Hmmm.. works for example.com but not www.example.com and when I try to put the www get same error.
