I have a web form and I need that info sent to a post url this is one of my form fields

Now I need it to post to

https://www.leadproweb.com/services/...x/LeadReceiver

and I guess this is the data type for the last name field for the posting URL

Data Type - string
Required - Yes
Mapped Field - No
Field Name - LastName
Description - Last Name


and help would be much appreciated.
