I haven't looked at the site, but the javascript that runs the effect is always open to you. If you have FireFox you can always look at at the View Page Source, and if the javascript comes from an external file it will allow you to click on that and the code will be revealed from that external source.

For JavaScript in external file, it could be minified making it quite hard to see the source code. Do-able but tedious.

I know of http://www.prettyprinter.de/ that can un-do the minified but it is not perfect either :P

I find DynamicDrive have pretty good JavaScript too. In fact their code is simpler and easier to understand (for some of them). For those "small" Web projects I would take DynamicDrive.

For "big" Web projects, having a framework like jQuery and jQuery UI is preferable.

I think DynamicDrive is earlier in existence in comparison to jQuery correct ?

No comparison; DynamicDrive is a script depositary, jQuery is a JavaScript library.
