site Feedback Form not working

Hi, I have a Feedback Form for clients to contact me at the bottom of each page on my website. I checked it only last week and it was working fine, now I can´t send messages from it, the page just hangs.

ps- The link to the Feedback form is at the ¨Contact´ button on the right-side of the page.

Is there any way of checking the HTML to see what could be the problem?
Where would be the first place to look?
