Sorry if this is noobish but I am new to these forums.

I am trying to create a script that will make my cursor draw a line when it moves to create a scribble effect.

What libraries and tools should I look at to make this happen? I haven't programmed JS in a long time and forgot alot of things.

probably have to build a mouseover handler?
