I have an urgent issue. I am trying to get a site developed that the client wants everything to scale.

The company I am using currently is having a hard time getting it to look how we need it.

Can anyone help me figure out the best way to scale each box? The video box obviously needs to stay 16x9 aspect ratio.

If someone has a solution I can hire you to help consult or develop.
