I am currently working on a college project and one part of the documentation is investigating user requirements, so I have to do questionnaires and ask people stuff.
I am working on an interactive user guide built with Flash.
When looking at other websites help system it seems to be a FAQ with some basic questions and answers, these in my opinion do not really work well.
So my question is : what do you webdeveloper.com users think of the various help systems for websites?
As I said this is for the documentation so any answers will be very helpful.

Lol, this part is just documentation, we cannot start development until we have got this bit done. I have not yet finished the documentation but it has to be handed in this week, got a lot of screen designs to do lol
