i have a question about page flicker effect on this website

when a link is clicked to open another page before the entire content appears the content moves to the right and then appears normally

any reason why this page flickering happens and how to avoid it

This could be because your using tables. I would definitely recommend NOT using tables, but if you are set on using them I would create a div around the table to make it centered. So it would be like this:

#wrapper {width:860px; margin:0 auto;}
</style>

<div id="wrapper">
<table width="860" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr class="topnav">...</tr>
</table>
</div>

This way you get rid of those extra tags (<td width="50&#37;"> and etc..)
