[RESOLVED] Why does my web page refresh immediately after it loads?

This question is directed toward all those perfectionists who nitpick over the most minute details of their website.

Why do my web pages, both .html and .php, refresh themselves immediately after they load? This results in a blinking effect of the site title and favicon in the browser. So I'll click on a link on my site and the page will load, but immediately blinks once - not necessarily the whole page, but the tab part, at least, blinks.

Any suggestions (suspicions)?

You'll notice - if you click "Home" that the home page does not blink. Also, try refreshing the media page several times - it only blinks about half of the time.

There is no favicon for the page link above so of course it doesn't blink.
