How does Gmail hide there source code?

When you log onto gmail and right click anywhere on the page, instead I'd saying 'view source' it says 'View frame source' and when you click on that it shows a blank webpages HTML code.

How would I do this to my webpages?

There are five frames as well as the main page. I can select any one of those to view, but I I usually just use View Generated Source unless I need to see one of the individual frames.

Try Firefox with the Developer Tool add-on.
