I am trying to translate a simple web form for use in a internal application which would consist of a bunch of radials and a time stamp. The idea is that a user can click a radial and the output would be dropped into a singular local text file line by line with the time stamp. Unfortunately I have searched and found nothing on how to accomplish this. Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
