    I would use a picture whose size better fits the space.. Or put this picture in a div whose size better fits the picture. And I would put the picture before the text. I would put a column of pictures on the right. And I would align the text to the left.

    Much, much better!
    I like it a lot.
    Do you know that margin:1px auto; will center a div to the mddle of a page?

    My only concern would be the multitude of screen resolutions used nowadays.
    See: http://marketshare.hitslink.com/report.aspx?qprid=17

    If you want to keep this (very nice) display reasonably looking good in various resolutions you might end up with very big(long) pictures that will load slowly on your visitors screen.

    At www.screen-resolutions.com you can check different resolutions.

    that exactly what i was thinking off, im new to css and i was looking how i could move the div to the right place since the layout is in a table align at center (fireworks).

    depending on the resolution of the screen the divs will be out of place...

    Iv made some new changes, check now and please let me know if i ruin it or if its better now. http://inforazs.99k.org/111/

    thanks

    Any element inside a div will follow the parent div around.
    <html>
    <head>
    </head>
    <body>
    <div style="width:800px;height:500px;background-color:maroon; margin:1px auto;">
    <div style="width:200px;height:500px;background-color:green;"><p style="color:white">Merry Christmas to all!</p>
    </div>
    </div>
    </body>
    </html>
    Don't absolute position them,put them inside the div, that is between the tags.
    If you want to absolute position something inside a div you first need to relative position the div, but this discussion is not the purpose of this part of the forum.

    I think you made the page bigger 800px width that's good
    you removed the scrollbar that's good
    i liked the placement of the title more before.
    The black fish is nice was it aways there?
    the resolutions you see on your computer are probably not the only screen resolutions that are used by others.

    I still am not sure what you will do to make this page look good in any resolution without getting either a fuzzy image or slowing down loading time.

    What I like most about your design is the watery feeling, the semitransparent white writing space looks very nice, but if it is hard to read you might need to add a smaller background over it..

    Iv tried but it seems not to work Making the changes like you said it appears like this: http://inforazs.99k.org/111/, for the background and doe to diferent resolutions i thought on having a background and the page center. what do you think??

    The fish is someting a made a long time ago for other project, it wasnt in the other layout, only in this new one, glad you like it.
    Iv already replace the title to the one in my previos version alltrough it doesnt appear in this version...

    Any sugestion on why the page shows like that?

    thanks and happy hollidays if its the case

    Go to these pages and copy the code.

    I don't know Dreamweaver or whatever you used to make the code and for that reason all changes are made "by hand"
    Use notepad or any text editor to further adjust them.
    On your site you shoudn't have missing pictures.

    Looks nice

    here we go, i think this is it, made some small changes and basically my opening page will be this one, i will then change the sub menu with the categories of each option.

    what do you think? Do you think i should change anything else?

    Better and better, but you should try different backgrounds.
    A light solid yellow or a yellow gradient for instance.
    Anyway I would use somethig other than another shade of blue.
    And a much smaller tile size would help (about 1KB)

    For the basics on backgrounds: http://www.tizag.com/htmlT/htmlbackground.php

    I hope you also receive other reviews

    On second thought try a dark shade of blue also (like the one you are already using, or another), like a black to blue gradient. It can help the main image stand out.
