    Or Is there a way to call
    Code:
    <% session.invalidate(); %>
    which is in a jsp file (ie) logout.jsp. How to call logout.jsp from a javascript file?

    Hi there,

    you woud want to set your session.timeout = 0 which should give you the same effect.

    have a look at this article:

    The request had to do with jsp not asp. The underlying issue can be resolved with an AJAX call to a jsp that makes use of the session killing code.
