Extract Certain Data from a website.

I am trying to extract certain data from a website and put it into variables. For example I would like to extra the data from the "ATS" column from this website
    http://www.statfox.com/cbb/gamematchup.asp
and then put that information into variable so I can do calculations.

I am starting form scratch so any help would be great.

    Thank you guys!

That site has a signup mechanism that claims to provide you with the proper code to get the statistics when you register. Sounds like they're trying to make it easy for you, have you tried it?
