Web Page maker

I see that 1 or 2 others have asked for help with the program: Web Page Maker. Maybe someone is familar with it?
My question is when uploading to my host I have to upload every image for the entire site. The navigation graphics at times require 3 or 4 image uploads. To upload a site for the first time takes mega hours. Anyone know if I'm missing something here big time. It's a decent program for a novice, but a pain to upload to the host. I would like to make one question. How can I move my image in my web page because when I write <img src="...."> the image goes where it wants ?
