    How do we make RIA (Rich Internet Applications)

    I need to make similar type of application over web...but I dont know what I need to use to build such application....

    HI,

    If you right click the application on the site you linked you get a menu nd one of the options is "About Adobe Flash Player 10.2.156.26..." so in short that application was built in Flash. The nice interaction is the ActionScript within the Flash application. ActionScript is the scripting language of Flash.
