    Angry Web Development Frustration

I'm getting real sick and tired of only finding theories and "practices" of how to develop an existing website for mobile applications/web when there are hardly any sites that give actual programming examples or methods on how.

Does anyone out there have any advice or link or anything that I can actually use? I'm not looking for a handout, but given the unique style that my companies website is coded (no premade Magneto cart or Zencart or any of that crap), I really need some kind of instruction on how to actually make a mobile website.

No business practices, no SEO, no marketing, just straight up programming.

Sorry if I'm coming off as being a jerk, but this is really starting to frustrate me due to the length of time that I've taken trying to find the answers that I want.

I've found that w3schools and tiztag provide good code.
