Delay in div's background color

Hi

A client of mine has installed a theme on his WordPress site and unfortunately it's rubbish.

There are a few issues with it but the main one is when the site first loads it takes a few moments for the wrapper div to load it's background-color. I know its only for a second but I have to agree with my client that it does look crap.

Loads just fine here... It was probably a (now resolved) server issue. That, or you and your client have slow connections...
