    I can't think of a solution to this problem and is annoying me so much. it says the error was detected at the position of ">"

    It's telling you you need to add an alt attribute to your <img>

    Or, if don't want an alt value (in some browsers ALT behaves same as TITLE, and push a sort of tool tip onmouseover) you may simply let the value empty.

    alt=""

    But it is good to use an ALT for accessibility reasons. If so, you may double the ALT with a title

    alt="my_pic" title=""
