Simple Drop Down Menu

Hello, I am setting up my site and have decided to use the "Simple Drop Down Menu" and have already got it working (a few bugs I have to get out but that's no problem). The issue I'm having is that I can't seem to get the nav menu centered on my page. I have tried using the center code in several places but just can't seem to get it in the middle. The page that I'm working on is at:

I would be so greatful for any help that anyone can give. Thank you so much in advance!

I kind of figured it out, when the browser is minimized and lined up manually, the navigation stays in the center, however when you maximize the window, everything on the page readjust but the nav. stays put. Is there a code that I can add to have it move freely wither entire page?
I'm sure that make sense but if anybody has any ideas that would be great, if not then well I will live LOL.
