Ajax questionairre

I need an Ajax questionairre

I thought there would be millions of results
But I can't find a single one

A bit I think

What I want to do is have a series of quizzes - but be able to have some sublte animations when you choose an answer or something

Any pointers to anything that exists would be great

So what is it you require help with - the building of the form, or the sending it via AJAX? Build the form, and then if you don't want to do the AJAX yourself you could use something like my Ajaxify plugin.
