How to put a value on to browser?

I have this text value of

http://img.youtube.com/vi/nnR8fDW3Ilo/default.jpg

which i obtain before in the code....

Then i copy and paste this text to the browser and it gives me a thumbnail of a youtube video.

I then save that picture to my desktop to use on my blog....

1-Is there a way to automate this copying and pasting on to the browser?
2-Is there a way to save the picture to my desktop automatically?

depending on the blog system you are using you can you generally just link directly to the picture instead of saving / uploading.

yes but is there a way to do this? to get a text and to automatically open a browser secreen with that text as the address?
