blink for twice then stop blinking

Hi Guys,

I am trying to display a text which will blink 2 times and after that no blinking.

The css is ready but the php code is not working.

here is my code:

for($i=1;$i<=2;$i++)
                {
                                                          
                 
                if($count < 3)
                {
                 
                ?>
                 <div class="mailsent">Message successfully sent.We will get back to you soon.</div>

Please suggest the best possible way.

Since PHP runs on the web server, not in the browser, you probably want to look at JavaScript to create your blinking effect, since it runs in the browser.
