Looking for php programmer

Hi I dont know if this is the correct forum to write but I am looking for a php programer to help me with a project that I have.

The work is in a basic joomla site.

Here are the things need to be done:

The user needs to login or register

Then We need to verify the login works.

Then once user is verified, he will fill a form.

And that form will be emailed to the site admin

Please pm me with how much you know php and mysql, how many hours this will take and also if you know asp.net (optional)

Not on this one anymore but in general i have occasional work for a good php coder. experience with wordpress is a big plus... can you pm me about your detail please.. thanks
