Problems Aligning a footer

I'm having some issues aligning a link footer on this page: http://www.roseandroardesign.com/contact.html (I designed it in Google Chrome, so if you have it, try it out in that browser, please.)

I want the footer with the links to show up as a simple left to right straight line, but no matter what I do, it ends up showing the link on another level.

It should show up like on this page: http://www.roseandroardesign.com/mission.html but for some strange reason, on most pages it doesn't show up this way, and I can't figure it out.

Any input is greatly appreciated. I just can't seem to figure it out...
