CSS issue with Wordpress site

Hi there,

I'm having a bit of a problem with the CSS on my website. The link is:

Basically, there is horizontal scrolling with I'm trying to eliminate. There is also green bar on the right hand side which shouldn't be there. I also want to make sure that the content is aligned tightly to the sides and that they have little or no space to the right or left (about 25px margin either side). That is for the header, main content section and the footer section. The style sheet is here:

All you should need to do, is make the main section (just under section 2) 100% and not measure it in px.

Save a copy and have a tweak around with the css.
