Iframe height not the same in browsers, hiding submit button

Hello all,
I really need these iframes to display somewhat the same, so the submit button of the form displays in all browsers. An fyi, I have access to the source page of the iframe, but it is in a different domain so I can't do any javascript height adjustment.

If I take all css out of the iframe source page, they seem to display a similar height so it seems like it can be fixed. Any help or tips would be appreciated! Also, this is using netsuite, so I don't have complete control over the back end.

why not just code it yourself instead of using their content?
