    Question Powerbuilder vs Visual Studio vs Java

    Hello everyone,
    I am want to choose a best tool among of them (Power builder, Visual Studio and Java). Will any one suggest me which tool is best to develop windows applications easily.
    In other words, Among these tools which tool's future will be shined?

    By searched, I get some idea about Java is better tool for (mobile, windows and web) applications development. I thing Java is best tool among them. What you think?

    Please share your experience.
