How to start flash movie in html

Hi Webdevelopers,
glad to see the forum.
Thank you in advance to anyone who can assist me with the following problem:

Could any one guide me how to insert a flash movie in my web page and a button to start it. I designed this page:

2. You can not interact with a Flash movie from HTML. JavaScript might do somehow that, but only by calling an ActionScript function/method (ActionScript is the script language used by Flash). On the other hand you must create everything (buttons, events, etc) straight on the working file, that means the FLA file, the moment you create that movie in Flash.

Sadly the link doen't work. It instead shows this message:

403. That’s an error.
