I got this idea for an old site of mine, and put up a simple "Marquee Sandbox". The idea is for newbies to experiment with coding options for a simple marquee.
I put up this site a couple of years back and basically forgot all about it. Lately, I noticed that it's getting over 12,000 hits per month so decided to put up a bit of fresh content - this "sandbox" tool is such content.
Last Time I checked this was deprecated but the idea is still good. What you can do is retool the website to build one with JavaScript. Which is today's standard of marquees. This is the main idea/critique I have for you.
Yes, I know about it being deprecated, but quite a lot of people still use this. I have a bit of information on there about JavaScripts and did mention on the main site that it's deprecated... yet it still gets heavy traffic, so I maintain the site.
