edit css of external rss feed

Hello, I am using an external rss feed on my site. I would like to edit the presentation of the feed and am wondering how I can override the native styles?

RSS feeds don't have styles.....they have XML structured data, no styles....perhaps some more information is necessary.

It is a news feed from another source. I have no control of content from source feed. I want to use it on my site but would like to change different css styles and attributes ie on mouseover an underline is displayed for the url etc.

Can you give us a link to your site? As aj_nsc says, rss is data, not presentation. So you should be able to style it the same way you'd style any html.
