Just blank, no sample content ......

Anyway your site concept would be good if it were 1991 ...

Alas though, the web has developed over the past couple of decades, gone are the days of webcrawler .....

Point is, you have to offer a whole lot more, to even get people to visit. Look at competition in the modern form from stumbleupon for instance ....
99 little bugs in the code, 99 bugs in the code, fix one bug, compile it again ... 101 little bugs in the code

The point I was trying to make though, is I would abandon this idea if I were you.

Im not being mean, but the site does remind me of the infancy of webcrawler. Nowadays, there are popular sites like reddit and stumbleupon, that started, loosely based on the same concept but offered so much more even from beta stages.

Im really not trying to be cruel, but I dont see it as even a jumping off point or starting idea.

Dump the frames. They are not SEO or Mobile friendly.

As a person with a website who could, indeed, be inclined to register for such a service, the blank home page makes me disinclined to do so.

I wish you luck but I am not interested in registering.
